200whp in my 950kg MX-5 should be more than enough. 116hp is just way underpowered..
For an average 1.5tonne sedan. 200 is ‘quick’ 300 is powerful 400+ is super-sedan territory
276hp to 1500kg id say that if fairly powerful but mind you ive been in my friends 316i compact with only 100hp and that thinkg climbs farily quickly for a 1.6

A 750 kilo car with 150kw is a fast little beast but not powerful I would say. Powerful to me means the engine produces an amount of power that is respectable. It really depends on the engine. An A12 with 140kw is powerful, an RB25 with 140kw is not powerful.

300 is when sedans start to feel powerful and around 230 for coupes and 450 for heavier cars like suvs and station wagons
I have a friend with a BMW 330I, 4 door sedan that has about 230 hp. I will let him know that a 330CI conversion will make his car 30% faster.
