Okay so I live in a place called Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada (eh) and it rarely snows here. So this year I had my 4Runner getting a trans rebuild so I put my skyline on the road. Coincidentally it snowed within the first week of driving it and I had bald as hell tires on the back so I ended up full locked down a straight farm road doing a lawn job. I proceeded to do donuts at the end of the road it was a great time.

I was driving out of state and didn’t know what the roads were like and while they seemed clean a snowdrift covered a small section of the road. I was going about 60mph and felt the ass end start swinging as I hit the snow patch. As it went sideways I counter steered and was almost in a reverse entry. I felt the front of my truck touch a snow bank but not hit it. I finally got back to clean pavement and the truck snapped back around in the right direction. I pulled over to check the damage and had nothing more than a bent license plate

There was this one winter and I was driving really fast on this curvy road. I came around this one corner really fast and then I remembered I live in California so it was 70 degrees outside and everything was fine.

My friends and I were going to have a campfire out in the snow, well I had my WRX, my friend had a Jeep. I figured the jeep would be more capable, turns out it was only front wheel drive without an LSD :S

First winter after getting my MX5 saw 6-7 inches of snow. I was in work early the next morning, with no idea how it would handle it.
So, with it’s 13x70 eco tyres, put on by previous owner and Bridgestone wouldn’t admit to making, it plowed fearlessly through the powder. Passing stuck vans and saloons, and having no problems what so ever, the little Mazda soldiered on where other, newer and more sophisticated cars got stuck.

And it’s infinitely better than the E36 that preceeded it, which got stuck in almost any amount of snow…

I have a n old MK5 rwd Transit van and one of my not so bright moments was using it in the snow and icy roads near were I live with nothing in the back. There used to be an odd junction before it you went right then around a hairpin and then left to the junction well I tried to go right but I went straight ended up stopping at the junction leaving a nice hole behind no damage done to the van so I just drove of. Well about 4 weeks after my detour the local council took put in a new road right though the hole I made with my van no the junction is just a straight road no more bends.

Drove my Tiburon into 2 Trees with 30 km/h - it’s a total, had to sell it.
Kinda ridiculous, I always thought that if I f*ck up my ride, it’s going to be a huge accident or some sort of that, but at the end it was just a icy road downhill lol

Best one I have is I was driving around town drifting with a friend of mine and it’s still snowing when we come up to this perfect turn and my wind shield wiper breaks so I’m completely sideways going 45-50 half way out my driver side window with wiper in my hand wiping away the snow while continuing to drift the corner
