Or in my friends case, a bumblebee hits him in the face, and proceeds to sting him.

you’re not allowed to ride your bike during winter time, because it’s very dangerous in the snow and especially on ice

Wearing full gear in the Texas summer and your lighter jacket doesn’t really fit so you have to wear a heavier one. Or riding a cbr600rr in Austin traffic.

The other day I went to the shop on the bike in the sun…
I came out the shop and it was a monsoon I swear…

Also, checking the tax of your old bike and seeing it’s been declared SORN (off the road) for 2 years.

So dumb question, but what is MOT? Southern California living so my bike never sees hibernation and rain is a rare occasion. Lol. Oh and so is pulling over for cops. Chasing is becoming too dangerous for them so they don’t really bother bikes :)

Technically it is a defunct term what is now our “Department for transport” used to be called “Ministry of transport” and so the annual roadworthiness test got called “MoT test” and the name persisted. Basically ensures you have working lights/brakes/adequate tread depth etc etc. Jealous of your lack of rainfall btw!
