How about proper driving Tests in the US
As far as I know it is extremely easy to get a licence in the US.
It can’t be coincidence that there are so many police cases in the US and in central Europe they are very rare.
I don’t understand how not having proper driving tests - according to you - are related to crimes?
Could it have something to do with the, frankly, corrupt and apathetic nature of Central Europe?
