To be fair if your car is low enough i will hit the site of your car and won’t even go underneath to hit the tires. I guess the Stanced scene is useful in a pursuits now.

Like some say, this device could be dangerous to civilians if the cop deploys it in a crowded area…but I guess the chances of that are slim as cop cars rarely ‘drive through malls’
