The Aston Martin DB11 Has Been Partially Revealed Thanks To This Potato-Spec Pic

A photo taken at what looks to be a private DB11-related event has surfaced on the Internet. Unfortunately, it seems to have been clumsily taken by someone using an ancient mobile phone
The Aston Martin DB11 Has Been Partially Revealed Thanks To This Potato-Spec Pic

Didn’t want to wait until 1 March to see the new Aston Martin DB11? Good news: following the rear three-quarter spy shot that surfaced on the Internet recently, someone’s managed to snap the front of the car. Only trouble is, the picture is ruddy awful. Low-res? Check. Out of focus? Check. Photographer apparently falling over mid shot? Check.

Still, despite all that, the rubbish picture does give us a good look at the new Aston’s face. It’s not a radical departure from the old DB9, although it is a lot more imposing - just check out those deep bonnet creases and the super wide grille.

Thanks to Aston’s technical partnership with Mercedes-AMG, the DB11 will receive a host of electronic gubbins from Stuttgart, as well as an AMG-derived V8 at some point in the car’s life. However, it’ll most likely be launched with only one engine option: Aston Martin’s all-new 5.2-litre, twin-turbo V12, with a power output in the region of 600bhp.

So, now we’ve seen the front and the rear, what do you think of Aston Martin’s new grand tourer?

that could well be a hidden camera, as its a private event I doubt people would take kindly to someone taking pictures with a phone.

Lol who cares if the photo is crappy? It still shows us the majority of the car. I’d imagine it would be pretty hard to take this picture without being noticed.

It does, but you do have to wonder how it came out so badly! Unless it was from far away and cropped in rather heavily

these spy shots could possibly be from one of those $10 spy cams that you could buy on ebay which last for about 10 days, which explains the quality.
