This Douchebag Caused A Terrifying Motorbike Crash Because He Didn't Secure His Load Properly

Fortunately, while the biker’s fall looks particularly nasty, the video description claims they escaped with only minor injuries. Hopefully the guy hauling the boat will spend a little longer securing his cargo next time!

He didn’t even attempt to move out of the way. Must need that insurance money.

All the people hear are saying the biker drove right into it.
Bikes aren’t particularly fast in changing last, they are really and I mean really slow in changing lanes compared to cars.
Judging from the bike it was an R3 which is known as a bike that beginners buy. He guessed the roll would go into a straight line so to dodge it he opted to go to the right.
The roll goes to the right also it seems like he panicked and braked, when you brake with a bike a bike wants to go back to its upright position (gyroscopic effect), this combined with target fixation resulted in a crash.
I bet he wished he had some real gear instead of shorts on

Car will drive over this thing without a problem (i mean normal car that weights over 1500kg and have some ground clearance)

I went for Duke 390. My next pick would be R3, but that’s just personal opinion. I think you can’t go wrong with either of them. Choose the one you like more and enjoy it ;)

I drove by that boat last week, was curious why there was a huge slowdown and couldn’t figure it out. Honestly thought people were slowing down just because someone was pulled over. Now I know… Glad to hear the biker is okay!

Always buy ABS equipped motorcycles even for starter bikes.

No, learn how to brake. A trained rider will stop way earlier by relying on his skill rather than ABS.
