I’d like to point out how shtty this motorcyclist is. NEVER ride behind a sketchy load of any sort. Even if someone’s trunk seems loose, get out of the way. If you can’t change lanes, slow down. put space between you and the danger. Your safety is #1. Secondly, What the hell was that evasive maneuver? That accident took forever and he still got NAILED. this rider is like 2/10 riding skill. All in all, yes that guy should’ve secured his load properly and he’s a d** who almost cost someone else their life, the rider was also slightly at fault. Serves him right for wearing shorts.
