Here in Dubai, it’s not allowed to not have a front licence plate. It’s really frustrating because it ruins the cars look. Take an example of my newest car. A 2016 Chevy Silverado, there is no special rack where the front plate should be, It’s just stuck there on to the bumper awkwardly. There is an option to get a smaller number plate which is tiny onto your car, which I have to admit looks only half decent, BUT it’s limited only to “exotic” cars as it ruins there look. There is a possibility that you can get a special permit to get a small plate after having proven that it’s ruining the cars design, though its a long shot. I’m hoping for the best.

According to Virginia state law you could get all 3 tickets dismissed as they were all issued by the same officer in such a short amount of time. Just gotta play it off as harassment.
Worked for a coworker of mine when he racked up 5 tickets in 4 months (all speeding and he was definitely at fault). He had just bought a brand new Ducati Monster 1200 R and he played it off as the officer harassing him because he was prejudice against motorcycles
Luckily my state doesn’t require it. :)
If you wanted to know whether or not the thing is up. Why not just stick a sensor on the bumper that relays to an led in the dash.
The saddest victim to this law is lamborghini.

I honestly like the front plate look. What I think is dumber is having no plate on a car designed for one.
