How many cars did you check out before you purchased your current ride?
I used to check out at least 2-3 examples, but with the e46 I made a complete impulse decision. Have you ever YOLO’d it?

I test drove one other one… It was a Subaru Loyale wagon… Owned by a guy named Parker… It sort of showed me what I was going to get lol
when i got my mazda 3, it was the first and only car i looked at. owned by a girl in her mid 20’s, black sedan 2.3L with a manual in the USA which means it was a safe buy. I couldn’t be happier with it!

Yeah man plenty of times. When I test drove my ST I wanted it. Not any other ST but that exact one and that;s what i got. When I bought my MR2 it looked good so I just went for it. Didn’t see any others. Both worked out really well. I do tend to buy on a whim. Not much of a researcher. A standard test drive for me involves googling what to look for on the way down. I guess if i went for an e46 M3 I’d have to look at more than one based on how people treat them though!
@gabz, before i bought my e46, i had about 10-15 330ci’s, zhps, and an e60 535i i was looking at before i decided on my 330ci. kept my options open, and scoured around everywhere for my perfect match.
but the one i decided on was essentially flawless, had a little over 60k miles, and had a dinan stage 3 package as well.
I went to see 5 cars before I settled on my E30
I found a 240SX on Ebay near my house. Put in a bid and bought it sight unseen. Still have today after seven or so years.

Yeah, two days ago I YOLO’d and bought a 400 horsepower dodge magnum rt…..best decision I’ve ever made….
I wish I had a choice when I bought my car but since my insurance is 5x times the price of the car, I had to go with Clio 1.2 2003.
I YOLO’d once…it was 2 years of hell for me…never YOLOing again.
