Today's community question: What's the douchiest car option available from the factory?

In the last few years car manufacturers have come up with all sorts of ridiculous options, hoping to make their cars stand out from the crowd. This trend spans every class of car, from bottom of the rung econoboxes up to luxury barges.

In the last few years car manufacturers have come up with all sorts of ridiculous options, hoping to make their cars stand out from the crowd. This trend spans every class of car, from bottom of the rung econoboxes up to luxury barges. Personally, my least favourite option available on a production car is something that I’ll probably never be able to afford, the Rolls Royce’s Starlight Headliner. Yes it’s handcrafted, and yes each constellation is completely unique, but that doesn’t stop it from looking horribly tacky.

Granted this is an extreme example, but we want to know: What car manufacturer offers the douchiest option from the factory?

Let us know your suggestions!

Illuminated LED roof lighting for a second gen Toyota Innova. It might looks good, but the color couldn’t changeable like a BMW 7 series.

It’s there just to give the impression to non-petrolheads that it’s a luxury. But really, it’s just a cheap car charged for lots of money.

Power steering , abs , traction control , cable less pedals … Oh wait they’re all standard :/ well what can I say then the douchest option has to be a caterham with a roof… Who even buys a caterham in the uk without a roof?! It’s wet 320 days of the year pretty much it’s nearly as bad as pagani selling there huayra as a shell without wheels as the base model price

The mustang door light. When you open the door, an led shines a picture of a horse on the ground.
