Always preferred the Viper no questions asked. It’s more exotic than the Corvette, and it does not have an annoying fan base like the Corvette does. Besides, there’s no replacement for displacement like the ‘Muricans say :3

not all of us say that, its more like the americans that dont know stuff about cars other than their engines and the name. I prefer the viper as well, its amazing what they can do.

Viper and C7 Z06 beat Porsche GT3 RS. The Z06 was a tiny bit faster. Saying that .. the Porsche has 150HP less!

It has awd that’s an advantage, not to mention rear steer.

Not taking anything away from the viper, but its obvious that it’s a track focussed car, and the downforce and tyres offer a massive advantage. For me I’d like to see it compared it to the GT3 Cup or RSR.

Im postive most would choose the Z06 for daily driving and just compare Corvette sales to Viper and Viper is ending production in 2017 while Corvette is going strong. If you want a track car yeah get the ACR want a car you can live with on a day to day basis get the Z06.

Correction, if you want your car to spend most of it’s time at dealer being fixed, buy Z06. A lot of them are experiencing all sorts of problems, quite a few of them with less than 1000 miles had their engines replaced due to overheating, 8 speed auto tranny overheats, 7 speed manual can pop out of gears and so on. C7 Z06 didn’t even finish Motortrends Best Drivers Car due to boost leak or whatever. If you don’t believe me check Corvette forums.

I’ve driven a base C7 and it is badass. Corvette! You should change the title to: ultimate ZO6 vs ultimate ACR.

I disagree with the name of this. Not the ultimate c7. If they would have gotten the c7 .R edition then this would have been an appropriate name and an appropriate comparison.

The C7.R is not road legal. It doesn’t make sense.
