You can also run the A/C on hot before you park up to reduce the humidity inside the car and prevent condensation the next morning.

Most of them has some sort of oil as a moisturizer it its composition, and anti-fog is also a oil mixture
It helps you have a nice clean shave by standing the hairs up on your face.

Why is this getting hate? The only way I can use the vent in my Volkswagen without the defroster is to crack a window open. There’s no option for using both the vent and defroster..

Just leave the doors open for 3-5 mins when you park your car until the temperature inside is as cold as outside. Never saw any mist on my windows since i started doing so. :) I always start up my car and leave it idling with heat turned on 15 mins before i drive out so it’s not freezing in it
If you’re just starting your car, keep the heat off, but use the defogger.
So full blast hot defroster it is. MY HVAC controls are just 3 knobs and rear defroster.
According to my owners manual, it already runs the AC compressor and pulls in outside air.

What about when the windshield gets foggy on the outside? It happens a lot in my country since we have high humidity levels with high temperatures…

Put a towel on a stick and wave it out the window to absorb the humidity from the atmosphere
wont open windows fix that really quickly?
When you don’t have A/C, front defrost, recirculation or electric windows…
What car is that ? Even Opel Astra from 1992 have front defrost mode on the blower…
My heater doesn’t work.
My car has no AC.
Air circulation is inevitable.

Try coating the inside of your windshield with WD-40. You’re welcome :)
If you leave the door to to your car open for a minute to cool down, you’ll get a lot less condensation
If you have a garage, your problem is fixed!
Honestly, manufacturers (VW/Audi at least) already program this in. When you turn the heating system onto the ‘demist’ setting, this happens automatically:
AC On
Recirc off
Max vent power
In my Corsa, i can’t even put the recirc on, when turning the blower to “front window only”
