I have a question about upgraded anti-roll bars. Is there something you would recommend over them to reduce body roll?

In reality if you’re going to replace anything in your suspension, your best route is to replace everything. Anything more than a 2 inch variance from stock will mess up the ball joints, tie rods, upper and lower control arms, etc over time with normal driving, let alone heavy driving on most cars. If you feel the need to mess around with your suspension you may as well go the expensive route off the bat because the cheaper route is going to cost you just as much, if not more in the long run.

I agree. Spend the money it’s worth it. Im going to be adding LG Motorsports GT2 adjustable suspension and some LG sway bars hopefully this summer. $2500 for ghe parts but completely worth the money

but what about aftermarket lowered springs and shocks
i mean for example KONI does Springs (lowered) and shocks for different cars, is that good?
or coilovers are the only way to go?

There are certain lowering springs and shocks designed to specifically do that. Don’t cheap out on options that aren’t designed for it. That’s why coil overs are better because springs and dampening match.

Moments can’t be transfered through balljoints or hinges so unless you have a swing axle, wheel spacers will have no effect on the wheel rate (the amount of spring rate acting at the contact patch). It’ll bring your roll center closer to your CG though, which decreases body roll.

Can you do next: how companies limit the torque of engines?
You should join Ed China and start your own car company☺
These cars would never break

I’ve had lowering springs on my acura rsx with no problem. They were already on when i got the car. I put over 35k miles on them and had no problems. I’m getting lowering springs on my Z tomorrow. It’s only an inch drop which is ok on the shocks. Anything more than an inch and i would say to go for coilovers. Too many people get crazy with this lowering spring/coil debate. There’s no need to spend $2k for an inch drop.
