For me it depends on how much HP the car had before you worked on it… My Saab classic 900 s (lpt) had 145 HP.. Now 242 Hp 375 Nm (weight: 1250 kg) I call that powerful!

But what if you didn’t do any mods to it?

I got a Corsa B GSI, with a swapped C20XE running around 190bhp. It’s quite fast. Also it weighs about 900kg.

Is a 2300 kg car with 313 hp powerful or not?

I think every car under 200whp is slow, the real fun starts at 350whp. I currently running 360whp in my turbo 325i e30 and i love it 😉👍

If I can floor it and it scares me for even half a second I consider it powerful

200hp is more than enough for me in small lightweight sportscars, which aren’t really about power anyway.300-350hp is a satisfying amount for a most sportscars and compact/older sedans

i’d say calculate power per KG ( anything around 5 kg/1hp and less is powerfull )
miata with 200 hp, ( 940kg /200hp = 4,7kg/1hp )
supra with 350 hp, ( 1490kg /300hp = 4,9kg/1hp )
