I don’t know how the laws are in America but in my country you must drive on the nearest lane of margin of the road. Anyways the first guy could easily change the lane and let that guy pass. I am sorry if I made some grammar mistakes but I’m still learning English. :)

Everyone saying he deserved it…. brake checker should have gotten out of the passing lane, as clearly a quicker moving vehicle wanted to get by it. Tailgater was tail gating to get the left lane hog to get out of the passing lane. And we just see this video from when they passed the truck. For all we know the lane hogger has been dozing aling in the passing lane for the past 10 miles. Tailgater wasnt smart, but they didnt deserve anything worse than the left lane hogger.
There was a guy entering from the ramp, if he had moved over he would get in the way for him. To me it seems like he waited so that the guy entering would have more room, in Norway we are even taught to do so.
